Urban village:Arrival city
Shenzhen attracts young people from all over the country to seek opportunities here. Urban villages are "a springboard for migrants to integrate into the city.
Sanhe job market
Around 2005, many employment agencies and labor dispatch companies successively settled in Jingle Nanbei District, gradually forming a "job agency street" for recruiting general workers, with an average of more than 7,000 job seekers per day, and more than 2.5 million job seekers throughout the year. After more than 10 years of development, this area has become the "distribution center" of the general labor market in the city and even the whole country. Many people in this area rely on "daily jobs" as their main source of income.

DESIGN STATEMENT
Lift Manifesto
In order to satisfy migrant youth with lower social status who need a temporary habitat when they first come to the city, and then further integrate into the city, my Springboard Project is a community-centered service system.
It gives workers cheap board and lodging, which is convenient for migrant workers to find a job while protecting their rights and interests], not like a village in a city is generally messy.
My product caring about the connection between the city and the countryside, plays a transitional function, and serves as a springboard for rural youth to enter the city.
